3. Editorial independence
Our scores, rankings, and reviews are editorial — not influenced by affiliate revenue or vendor relationships. See disclosure.
4. Accuracy disclaimer
We test tools and publish honest verdicts based on our methodology. However, tools change. Pricing changes. Features deprecate. We do our best to keep reviews fresh (quarterly recalibration for Stack Score, monthly for SSI). Always verify current pricing and features on the vendor's site before purchasing.
5. Affiliate links
Many links on ScoredTools are affiliate links. When you click and purchase, we may earn commission. This does not change your price. See disclosure.
6. SaaS terms
Free tier
1 stack generation per month. No expiration. We may add reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse.
Paid tier
- Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime.
- Pro-rata refunds: no. Cancellation effective at end of billing period.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchase (request via email).
7. Digital products (Gumroad)
Sold via Gumroad as Merchant of Record. 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests directly through Gumroad.
8. User content
If you submit content (comments, saved stacks, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for service operation and improvement. We do not sell user content.
9. Acceptable use
Don't scrape mass content (we have explicit terms for AI training: see llms.txt). Don't attempt to break our systems. Don't impersonate ScoredTools.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide content "as-is". We are not liable for losses resulting from your reliance on our scores or recommendations. Make your own decisions.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for misuse of our service that causes us legal harm.
12. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts (Foro di Vibo Valentia or your consumer-protection court if applicable).
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted with a new "Effective" date.
