We score AI tools so agency owners don't have to guess.

## What we do We test AI tools, score them across two proprietary metrics, and publish honest verdicts. No fluff. No "10 best of" lists copied from G2 stars. No vendor PR talking points. Every tool gets a **Stack Score** (how well it fits agency needs) and a **Stack Stability Index** (how reliable it is over time). We are the only directory in the world publishing both. ## Who runs ScoredTools Our editorial team is built by senior agency operators — people who have spent 5+ years inside SEO/paid ads/content/dev/social/e-commerce agencies and have personally used hundreds of tools. We do not show faces because we test tools as customers would. Vendors don't get pre-treatment. We pay for subscriptions ourselves (or use free tiers exclusively). When we contact support, we do it as an anonymous customer. This is by design. Authority comes from methodology, not personality. ## How we make money We earn affiliate commission when an agency signs up for a tool through our link. This is industry standard. **Affiliate revenue does NOT influence scores or rankings.** Our editorial team scores tools using the rubric before any affiliate program is added. We've turned down 14 vendor "pay for placement" offers since launch. We will keep turning them down. Full disclosure policy: /disclosure. ## What makes us different from Tools.so, FuturePedia, AIToolStuff Three things they don't have: 1. **Stack Score + SSI** — two proprietary metrics, published methodology, transparent calculation 2. **Outcome-First Directory** — search by what you want to achieve, not just category 3. **AI Agent Marketplace** — dedicated section for AI agents (Lindy, Manus, Crew AI) with proprietary benchmarks We also publish **State of AI Tools 2026 Report** — an industry analysis based on public vendor data, GitHub trends, pricing pages, changelogs, and our editorial framework. A Chrome extension scoring tools in-browser is on the Q4 2026 roadmap. ## What's next We launched May 29, 2026.
